For our 2nd Assignment, we were to conduct research on museums with interactive exhibits. Thus, I chose the Cleveland Museum of Art, located in Cleveland, Ohio. Below are my slides.











Researching the Cleveland Museum of Art's interactive exhibits, architectural design, and construction process has been an enlightening experience that deepened my appreciation for how art is presented and engaged with by the public. The museum is not only a repository of art but a dynamic space where visitors can connect with the exhibits in meaningful ways.

One of the most fascinating aspects of my research was learning about the museum's innovative approach to interactive exhibits. The use of digital technology to enhance visitor engagement is truly impressive. Features like touch-screen displays and augmented reality experiences allow visitors to explore artworks in depth, providing context and storytelling that enrich the viewing experience. This interactivity invites a broader audience to appreciate art, making it accessible and engaging for people of all ages and backgrounds.

The architectural design of the Cleveland Museum of Art is another area that captivated me. Designed by renowned architects, the building itself is a work of art, seamlessly blending classical and modern elements. The careful consideration of space, light, and flow within the museum creates an environment that both complements and elevates the art on display. The incorporation of natural light and open spaces fosters a sense of tranquillity and invites contemplation, enhancing the overall visitor experience.

The construction process of the museum also reflects a commitment to excellence and innovation. The recent expansions and renovations have been executed with a vision to not only preserve but also enhance the museum's historical significance. This balance of honouring the past while embracing the future is evident in the way the museum has evolved over the years, maintaining its status as a cultural landmark.

Reflecting on this research, I am inspired by how the Cleveland Museum of Art integrates technology, design, and history to create a space where art can be experienced in new and exciting ways. It has reinforced my understanding of the vital role museums play in cultural education and the importance of continually adapting to meet the needs of a diverse audience. This exploration has enriched my appreciation for the thoughtfulness and creativity that goes into curating a world-class museum experience. Overall, this research was really helpful in regards to building and creating my final project,

Final Assignment: Textfuseum

FINAL ASSIGNMENT: Textfuseum For Project 3, we put together a complete presentation for the digital museum focused on sustainable textiles in fashion. This task gave me a chance to reflect on everything I’ve learned this semester. From my early sketches and digital designs to creating 3D models in Spatial.io, I was able to fully realize my vision. This project allowed me to showcase my grasp of sustainable fashion and my design ideas to both the client and my peers. I highlighted the standout features of my interactive design, which played a crucial role in my exhibit. The experience of presenting my work was eye-opening. It underscored how much I’ve developed and the progress I’ve made in my skills. I was thrilled with how smoothly the presentation went and felt confident in my ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
