 Week 5: TEXTFUSEUM In Week 5, we started a new assignment to design a digital museum centred on sustainable textiles in fashion. Our client, Nanotextile, shared his vision for the project, titled 'TEXTFUSEUM' including insights on fast fashion, consumer behaviour, and sustainable fashion trends. He outlined the goals, functions, and concepts for various sections of the museum. FINAL ASSIGNMENT: Textfuseum For Project 3, we put together a complete presentation for the digital museum focused on sustainable textiles in fashion. This task gave me a chance to reflect on everything I’ve learned this semester. From my early sketches and digital designs to creating 3D models in Spatial.io, I was able to fully realize my vision. This project allowed me to showcase my grasp of sustainable fashion and my design ideas to both the client and my peers. I highlighted the standout features of my interactive design, which played a crucial role in my exhibit. The experience of presenting my work was eye-opening. It underscored how much I’ve developed and the progress I’ve made in my skills. I was thrilled with how smoothly the presentation went and felt confident in my ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

 Assignment 1: Case Study The first spatial design assignment composed of two parts, part 1 required us to conduct a case study on an architect and one of their most notable projects in terms of design and popularity among other aspects.  For my architect, I chose Jorn  Utzon and chose to focus on arguably his most well known architectural building, the Sydney Opera House. Below are my slides from the assignment. The case study above touches on multiple areas regarding the Sydney Opera House and Jorn Utzon himself. For the latter, I gave a brief summary of his biography along with the people and things that inspired his architectural work such as other notable architects such as Frank Llyod Wring and his travels before moving on to his projects.
